Epigenetics Express 12-week course

Join us on an educational, interactive and progressive 12-week course, where you will learn all these things and more:

Understand in-depth how to use your PH360 Platform
Learn about your specific Health-type and increase your awareness of yourself and those around you
Learn what your "priority areas" are (biggest bang for buck areas for you!)
Get a basic overview of some of the science behind the PH360 platform
Be guided through the process of goal-setting, finding your deeper "why" (what motivates you to make change) and coming up with specific actions to work on (your personalised health programme)
Learn behaviour change techniques to transform your results
Connect with like-minded people and have fun
Be accountable to yourself, your coach, and the group! Having the group support really helps motivate you to make positive changes
Access to extra videos and resources to help your health journey!

What is included in the programme:

1 Token for annual membership to the PH360 Platform
A video that shows how to do the measurements accurately and help with set up on your platform (for a small additional amount, I can do all this with you in person if you would prefer).
A 1:1 session with a health coach (60 mins), to help you get the most out of the programme!
6 x 1-hour live zoom coaching sessions, which will be done every fortnight over the 12-week period. These sessions are also recorded, so you can review them later and so you will never need to miss a session.
On consecutive fortnights there will be an email I will send out with additional information, resources or videos that will lead in to our next coaching session.
Access to the group Facebook page, for ongoing encouragement, support and sharing as a group.
